BUILDING MANAGERS

ASSET MANAGEMENT

We will create a detailed Asset Register that adequately provides cost estimates for the future needs of the buildings assets.  This will identify the life span of each asset (e.g. Lifts, boilers, pumps, etc) and predict the future replacement cost to be allocated to the sinking fund.

LUNA Building Managers provide strategic and tactical Maintenance Programs to ensure optimal operations of all plant and equipment. Through the Asset Register, we pre-approve service providers required to maintain, repair and replace components. We understand the regulatory compliance and operations of a building to create an optimal, safe and affordable environment.

FIRE SERVICES

Looking after your essential fire services is paramount to the communities safety and building certification. We establish and continually evaluate emergency evacuation plans coupled with conducting "evacuation training" that saves lives.
